Los Dos Potrillos is a family-owned Mexican restaurant with several locations throughout Colorado. In fall of 2023, they expanded their business into the Northglenn, Colorado region. Galloway’s interior design team worked closely with the Ramirez Hospitality Group to evaluate the existing building structure previously used as a BBQ restaurant, then created a high-level design with an inviting atmosphere. Modern elements were incorporated throughout the traditional Mexican restaurant space.
