In a joint venture with Tribal One, Galloway is working with the Coquille Indian Tribe to establish a rehabilitation and fitness center adjacent to their recently completed wellness center. This is an essential project for the Tribe, and coordination with the Tribal council and its stakeholders involves a heightened understanding of the Tribe’s needs and sensitivity toward their tribal land and cultural history.

Galloway will provide full architectural and engineering planning, design, and construction phase services for this approximately 8,700 sf single-story rehabilitation and fitness center building. The facility includes a large fitness classroom for 25 participants and an equipment floor area for cardio, weights, and stretching. Additionally, space will be allocated for a physical therapy exam room, child-specific play/exercise area, showers, and infrared sauna amenities. The outdoor facilities include an 84’x54’ covered multipurpose court and a walking track. The multipurpose court will be striped to accommodate tennis, pickleball, volleyball, badminton, and basketball. This project is currently in the construction bidding phase.
