Future Legends Sports Complex -

Future Legends was envisioned as a 118-acre, multi-phase destination sports complex featuring a a professional sports stadium, indoor multipurpose dome, more than 35 sports fields and courts, two on-site hotels, and more than 80,000sf of retail and restaurants. Galloway led the conceptual master planning and multidisciplinary design, coordinating architecture, engineering, and site development in partnership with the Town of Windsor and project stakeholders.

The team developed a comprehensive site framework, including overlot grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure planning, alongside conceptual architecture designs for major facilities such as the stadium, indoor dome, hotels, athlete housing, and retail components. Supporting efforts included traffic studies, survey and platting, landscape and irrigation concepts, interior design, and integrated site systems such as site lighting and stormwater management.

The design established a cohesive vision for a large-scale, mixed-use sports destination, demonstrating a coordinated, Full Spectrum Approach to complex site and facility planning.
