Sport Court of the Rockies Headquarters

The 30,000 sf facility was designed to house the Sport Court of the Rockies operations and distribution, as well as two indoor volleyball courts to be used as a headquarters for the Edge Volleyball Club and a small area used for physical therapy or other related tenants.

Galloway provided civil design, including floodplain analysis, grading, erosion control, utility design, and highway access permitting as well as design services for architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, plumbing engineering, surveying and landscape architecture.

Galloway’s architectural scope included exterior design and working closely with Galloway’s civil team to overcome numerous site constraints while still accommodating tenant requirements. This also included performing an analysis of the unique programmatic requirements in order to successfully integrate the various amenities under one roof.
