Collaborating with Hathaway Development, we designed a 300-unit garden apartment development within the 21.65-acre master-planned Wildlight community in Yulee, Florida. The project features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across nine different unit types and five building configurations. The community features a modern clubhouse with a cybercafé for work and socializing, a well-equipped fitness center, and electric car charging stations. Residents can enjoy a stunning resort-style pool and a pet-friendly Bark Park for their furry friends. A maintenance building addresses community needs, and a convenient mail kiosk simplifies parcel pickups. All units will utilize Type V wood construction within three- and four-story buildings.
Our scope of work included coordinating the preliminary land plan with land planners and engineers. We also refined the unit layouts and building types to create detailed exterior elevations and present the initial designs to the owner. Galloway provided architectural design services for the project.
