Galloway provides comprehensive engineering and design services supporting Dutch Bros Coffee’s nationwide expansion, including architectural design, site investigation and due diligence, entitlements and permitting, civil engineering, conceptual design, preliminary approvals, bidding support, construction services, landscape architecture, and site lighting for ground-up developments across the country. In addition, Galloway supports tenant improvement projects that convert existing buildings into new Dutch Bros Coffee locations.

A key component of our approach is a thorough due diligence and code analysis process to identify site constraints and evaluate development feasibility. To facilitate efficient market entry, we work closely with the client and jurisdictional agencies throughout entitlement and permitting to develop site plans that meet local zoning requirements and brand standards while proactively addressing potential challenges.

Our civil engineering services include full site design and infrastructure coordination for water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and electrical systems. We prepare complete construction drawing packages covering grading and drainage, utilities, erosion control, and detailed site layouts.

Galloway also provides ongoing support through construction administration, including site visits, review of as-built documentation, and final certifications required by governing jurisdictions.
