Dutch Bros Coffee

Galloway provides site design, land development, and building design services to support Dutch Bros Coffee’s nationwide expansion. To facilitate a seamless new market entry, Galloway’s architecture team collaborates closely with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) to address design challenges and streamline permitting.

Galloway’s scope of work also includes architectural design, site investigation, due diligence, entitlement, civil, conceptual designs, preliminary approvals, permitting, bidding, and construction services, landscape architecture, and site lighting for several ground-up sites in Colorado, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. In addition to ground-up sites, Galloway provides tenant improvement services for converting existing buildings to new Dutch Bros Coffee facilities.
