The Cottages at North Carefree is a 3.37-acre cottage community in Colorado Springs, Colorado, containing 68 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The residential development will have a small clubhouse with a fitness center and an outdoor patio.
Galloway’s civil engineering team provided overall grading and erosion control, site, utility main, and service design to provide water and sanitary. Storm drain infrastructure was designed throughout the site to convey stormwater to a detention basin safely. Site details include two access drives for internal unit access, parking, and ADA ramps. Galloway also provided survey services for this project.
Construction was completed in November 2023.
