The Aloft Hotel is situated on 2.6 acres in the Gateway Park development. For this project, Galloway worked diligently to balance the City of Aurora’s planning and development requirements with Gateway Park’s requirements and the client’s needs.
Galloway’s development services for the Aloft Hotel included site development coordination (managing land development approvals), civil engineering, and landscape design.
Through extensive architectural plan review, landscape architectural review, and site review, Galloway worked with the Gateway Park Design Review Committee and successfully entitled the hotel with its signature look and site requirements, ensuring the hotel would become an attractive part of the City of Aurora and the Gateway Park business community.
