StorQuest Self Storage is an 80,000 sf, four-story self-storage building with conditioned drive-up units and an additional 18,000 sf of one-story drive-up storage. This location also includes 72 covered and ten uncovered RV storage spaces. The project is located on 5.34 acres along the Liggett Road in unincorporated Douglas County and was annexed into the town of Castle Rock.
Galloway provided architectural and engineering services consisting of designing, generating, and coordinating all necessary detailed, fully-engineered building construction documents for all the buildings. This included architectural design, MEP engineering, interior design, landscape architecture, and site lighting design.
