The Sanford Flats is a multifamily development located at the northwest corner of Bookcliff Avenue and North 13th Street in Grand Junction, Colorado. The 47,703-sf complex sits on a 1.1-acre site and introduces 57 new units ranging from studios and one-bedrooms to one-bedrooms with dens and two-bedrooms. The project helps alleviate Colorado Mesa University’s student housing shortage, driven by increased enrollment, by providing accessible off-campus living options.
Galloway supported the project through a comprehensive range of services. Our land survey team completed a replat and lot consolidation, while the site development team concurrently facilitated the site development plan process. Our civil engineering team provided design and approval for the major site plan and civil construction documents, which included underground detention in accordance with city requirements.
