The Sanford Flats is a multifamily project located at the northwest corner of Bookcliff Avenue and North 13th Street in Grand Junction, Colorado. With 57 new units varying from studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with a den, and two-bedroom units, this 47,703 sf complex sits on a 1.1-acre site. Furthermore, it will provide diverse housing currently unavailable near Colorado Mesa University.
Our land survey team conducted a replat and consolidation of lots, while our site development team concurrently facilitated the processing of this with the site development plan. Our civil engineering team provided services for designing and approving the major site plan and civil construction documents. Underground detention was included in the civil design per city requirements.
Construction is estimated to be completed in March 2024.
