The development, spanning over 424,000 sf, features 336 units, a standalone clubhouse with a business lounge, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and pool deck, and standalone one-story garage structures.
Galloway worked closely with the client to develop interior design solutions that highlight regional flair. This process included researching Greeley and other nearby apartment complexes before providing design direction. The architectural design uses Type VA and VB wood construction. The clubhouse and fitness center have a sophisticated, rustic Colorado look, with various material textures, rustic wood ceiling elements, and a green wall as part of the reception desk.
