Galloway is working with Flywheel Capital to build three separate apartment complexes called “The Perch” in Denver, Colorado.
The Perch on Winona will be a 70,187 sf five-story multifamily building with commercial tenant space for a restaurant or retail on the first floor and four stories of 88 units comprised of 56 studios, 20 one-bedroom, and 12 two-bedroom units. The four stories will be wood construction above a single-story elevated slab. Amenities include a leasing office, fitness room, private yoga room, tenant ski and bike storage, and a dog wash.
The interior design for the amenity spaces layers natural materials to create a light and airy atmosphere for residents to enjoy together. Each unit is also designed to create a warm and welcoming feel with a modern neutral look for residents to add flair.
Our team provides architectural, site development coordination, commissioning, electrical engineering, mechanical/plumbing, interior design, landscape architecture, site lighting, and structural engineering services.
The design is expected to be completed in April 2023, and construction is estimated to be completed in late 2024.
