The Liberty Apartments will provide new housing options for residents in the Meridian, Colorado area. Galloway is providing architectural design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, MEP engineering, and structural engineering services for these three-story walk-up apartments.
Inspired by contemporary style, the exteriors of the clubhouse and 14 buildings feature white stucco, grey stacked stone, standing seam metal, and smooth panel and board-and-batten siding. The buildings offer two different layouts for versatility across the 260 units. The 16.44-acre site will include 60 attached garage spaces, 59 detached garage spaces, and 393 uncovered parking spaces.
Residents will enjoy a clubhouse with a club room, fitness center, dog wash, and leasing office, as well as outdoor amenities like a swimming pool, grilling stations, and a fire pit.
