Galloway provided civil engineering, entitlements and permitting, landscape architecture, site planning, and site lighting for this four-story, 82-room Holiday Inn Express in Brigham City. This included complete design of new roadways and roadway improvements, traffic, aggregations, subdivisions, construction administration and closeout services, in addition to full land development design.
This project functions as an attached “gateway development” to a Love’s Travel Stop & Country Store. Galloway has completed five similar hospitality projects in four different Midwest and intermountain states as similar gateway development projects for Love’s.
