Serving the east side of Bluffdale, Station No. 92 is the second fire station in the City and provides fire and emergency medical services (EMS). Historically, the emergency services to this area have been a challenge as the area is naturally divided by a railroad corridor with cross access being limited. We worked closely with the fire department to provide a needs assessment, programming, site selection, community engagement, facility design, furnishings design, and construction administration.
The station includes six-person housing and support, three pull-through apparatus bays, community policing office, combined community and training room, EMS, and single-user restrooms/shower spaces for the dorms.
Galloway provided architectural design, interior design, and landscape architecture services for the project.
