Atwell Suites

IHG Hotels selected Denver to establish their debut Colorado location of Atwell Suites, a new brand in the IHG Hotel family. This 105,500 sf, four-story, 96-unit facility combines thoughtfully designed suites with modern, stylish public spaces for collaborative working, exercising, relaxing, and socializing. The lobby is a two-story space with a mix of private and shared areas that create a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Galloway provided this premier location’s architectural design, civil engineering, commissioning, landscape architecture, MEP engineering, structural engineering, and survey services. The design phase was completed in January 2021, and construction was completed in June 2022.
