The Ash & Warren townhome projects conceptualized five single-family lots within Denver being combined into a new for-sale townhome development. The overall design contemplated 27 units in five different buildings, with a strong emphasis on providing urban street frontage on all three sides of the project. The townhomes featured a small internal pedestrian space that provided the internal facing units a more intimate and private front door setting.
