2133 S Bellaire Apartments project conceptualized a four-story multifamily project in Denver, Colorado. The design envisioned a .42-acre lot with 45 dwelling units on three levels above a podium with covered parking and amenity space below.
Upon entering the building, residents would be greeted with a linear organic mural and an area of soft seating to relax. The first floor would offer a work-from-home space with abstract art to brighten the area, a rideshare lobby, and the leasing office. The apartments were designed with an open concept and neutral tones, allowing tenants to customize them with their own style.
