Galloway is the DOR and providing comprehensive building and site design services for the partial renovation of the approximately 25,000 square foot building. This $2.5 million project includes a redesign of exercise training, exercise testing, exam rooms, bathrooms and locker rooms.
The renovation will rehabilitate workspaces and correct issues with life safety systems, and bring building to code and government standards. Life safety systems were improved with mass notification, fire alarm and fire suppression design. The corridors and doors were designed to conform with ADA/Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) requirements.
