Three Bridges Residential Development

Three Bridges Residential is a dynamic 530-acre resort-style development nestled along the Wasatch Mountains in Salem, Utah. The development includes 400 lakefront single-family homes across 217 acres, with Galloway working closely with the owner to design a functional lake layout that maximizes usable space and meets the community’s needs.

Seamlessly integrated with the natural landscape, this new community is designed to support a variety of lifestyles and activities, including a seven-acre paddle and deep-water surf lake situated adjacent to the homes. Additional amenities feature all-season pickleball and tennis courts, resort-style pools, a four-mile network of hiking and biking trails, spacious clubhouses, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a hotel and restaurant that serve as central gathering spaces and foster a strong sense of community. The multi-phased development also features an 18-hole golf course and practice facility, encouraging residents and visitors to fully embrace an active outdoor lifestyle.

To maintain safety and sustainability, we designed a debris basin to manage water runoff from the surrounding mountains. This feature mitigates the risk of mudslides, thereby protecting the community and preserving the natural landscape’s integrity. Recognizing the steep roads in the Wasatch Mountains, we also optimized roadway grading to enhance accessibility and safety for all residents.

Galloway is providing comprehensive civil engineering and land surveying services, which include roadway design, water and sewer systems, storm drainage, grading and drainage planning, and utility planning. The project is currently in the design phase, with completion anticipated in 2030.
