Galloway provided project management support and civil engineering, including utility, grading, drainage, storm sewer, and street design for the 150-acre fairgrounds and events center in Larimer County, Colorado. The center includes 12 major structures, parking facilities, and internal circulation features. An additional 80 acres support additional parking, recreational vehicle camping, detention, and irrigation facilities.
The offsite design consisted of two miles of domestic water, one and a half miles of sanitary sewer, several thousand feet of storm sewer outfall, and one mile of four-lane arterial street improvements.
