The proposed plan enhances the PlanCOS Majestic Landscape concept with a functional and sustainable design that provides for public safety, flood hazard mitigation, and maintenance of all associated facilities.
The land use is harmonious with the surrounding existing and future land uses, and the design ties into existing public facilities and utilities and meets city parking requirements. Internal walkways and trails were designed through the open space areas to promote a pedestrian-friendly community and connect to future regional systems, including the Garden of the Gods.
