It features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 750 to 1,250 sf as well as a 3,750 sf leasing office/fitness center, support buildings, and a 320 sf poolside pavilion. The project includes five unit types with variations in eight building configurations. The units are Type V, all-wood construction in three-story buildings.
