Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Galloway was engaged by MLY Investments, LLC, to provide comprehensive architectural design, MEP engineering, and site lighting/photometrics services for the Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers regional franchise program. Freddy’s restaurants range in size from 2,000 to 3,500 sf and include both new construction and inline renovation projects. Their fast-casual restaurant concept features a nostalgic design with a red-and-white color scheme and World War II-era pictures on the walls, and is being developed nationwide, requiring careful planning and execution at each site.

Our collaboration with the client involves tailoring the design according to Freddy’s established prototype, while incorporating regional modifications and specific operational requirements pertinent to each location. With the growth opportunities of new places, we work closely with the client to tackle ongoing challenges related to development volume and speed.
