We’re proud to share that Galloway has once again been named a Denver Post Top Workplace for 2026, marking our ninth consecutive year receiving this recognition. This award reflects the everyday experience of our people, those who show up for one another, solve challenges together, and continue to shape both our communities and who we are as a company. Since our founding in Colorado in 1982, that culture has continued to evolve with every person who joins the team.
Over the past 44 years, our growth has been especially tangible. What began with a couple of commercial fuel designers in Denver has grown to more than 150 people locally, and more than 380 employees nationwide across 16 offices, 12 capabilities, and 11 market sectors, further supported by the launch of a new growth partnership last year. Even with that scale, we have stayed grounded in the same values we started with: we value people, we work hard, we live with integrity, we build community, and we embrace an entrepreneurial spirit.
That is what makes this recognition stand out. While it is a meaningful workplace accolade, it ultimately reflects an environment where people are given room to grow, do meaningful work, and feel part of something bigger than their day-to-day roles.
