Brian has 13 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning, including addressing transportation issues and using data to create innovative solutions for private real estate developers and public sector clients. Brian’s experience also includes traffic and parking studies of varying nature and scope and data collection activities. Brian is a motivated leader whose technical skills and natural charisma make him an asset to every team.
Brian is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and the Denver South Employer Transportation Champions. He received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Chris is a registered professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in traffic, parking, and transportation planning and engineering for private developers, institutions, and public sector clients. He works extensively on residential, retail, mixed use, office, hospital, and school projects. His services include transportation impact studies, parking analysis and design, site access and circulation studies, speed studies, and transportation demand management plans. Chris is also skilled in designing traffic signals, signing, and marking.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, Urban Land Institute, and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Transportation Engineering Project Manager
John is a registered professional engineer and professional traffic operations engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning for a wide range of development projects. John’s experience includes traffic and parking studies of varying nature and scope for development projects for both private and public sector clients. His skillset includes roadway capacity analysis, traffic forecasting, vehicular access studies, micro-simulation analysis, parking analyses and design, traffic monitoring studies, data collection, and report preparation. He also has a passion for finding innovative solutions to address transportation issues in order to ensure a project’s success. John attended the University of Virginia to receive his bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).

Sr. Transportation Planning Project Manager
Jim is a transportation planner with nearly two decades of experience in multimodal planning and design in the private and public sectors. In his transportation planning work in the District of Columbia, the Washington, DC metropolitan region, and across the country, he focuses on multimodal solutions, for a number of different types of facilities.
With a background ranging from real estate development projects, public sector planning, and shared mobility systems, Jim focuses on transportation solutions at the intersection of transportation planning, demand, policy, and design that improve the quality of life for those impacted by each project.
