Burt Brothers Tire & Service

Galloway was selected to provide comprehensive in-house services for the Burt Brothers Tire & Service Center in Tooele, Utah. The two-acre site features a 13,700-sf building housing service bays, a lube center, a customer waiting/sales area, and ample customer and employee parking.

The civil design consisted of planning for future vehicular cross-access needs, innovative underground stormwater detention with infiltration, and highly efficient coordination with the city and contractor on a retaining wall solution. Additionally, Galloway managed the prototype design on behalf of the client, integrating building design conditions into the overall development, while addressing individual service needs.

Galloway’s comprehensive services for the project included architectural design, civil engineering, interior design, MEP engineering, site lighting, and landscape architecture.
