The Denver Business Journal has teamed with Quantum Workplace to identify the region’s Best Places to Work. The 2022 list includes 65 companies selected from 250 nominations across the Denver metropolitan area, judged by those who know the companies best: the employees.
We’re proud to announce that Galloway was selected as a “Best Place to Work” in the extra-large company category. This is Galloway’s fourth consecutive year to receive this recognition.
What truly sets Galloway apart is its employee emphasis. An example of this commitment was the rebranding of Galloway’s HR department to the People department in 2021. This rebranding is an evolution that reflects many of the ongoing initiatives happening at Galloway. The People department was created with our staff in mind. Our People team will be vital to integrating Galloway’s numerous in-house training and mentoring programs and ensuring that our team achieves professional growth and personal support as they pursue their careers at Galloway.
Other significant initiatives at Galloway in 2021 included a comprehensive evaluation of benefits, with additions and changes made to enhance Galloway’s already industry-leading benefits package further. Additionally, design and construction ensued on a beautiful new Denver office location, which will offer exciting new workspaces and improved amenities for staff.
