In conjunction with Shea Properties, Galloway completed the new large-format King Soopers Marketplace at Chambers Road and East 104th Avenue in Commerce City. This was the fourth Marketplace store in Colorado.

Galloway provided development services for the overall 22-acre development at Reunion, including the King Soopers Marketplace store and fueling facility.

Galloway also coordinated and supported the real estate transaction and development of CC&R’s. Additional services for the fueling facility included architectural, structural, and fuel system design.
