For the sixth year in a row, Galloway receives the Best Firms To Work For Award for its ongoing commitment to culture, leadership, and organizational health within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
The largest employee survey in the AEC industry is the foundation for the Best Firms To Work For Award. The survey provides access to data that allows us to enhance the Galloway employee experience and maintain our offering as a preferred employer.
In addition, Galloway appears on Zweig’s 2025 Hot Firm list for its strategic growth, strong leadership, and commitment to innovation. This, too, is the sixth year in a row in which Galloway has been included on the list.
Since first receiving the Hot Firm award in 2020, Galloway has climbed the list’s ranks to be among the top 30 fastest-growing AEC firms, landing at the 27th spot in 2025.
According to award criteria, firms are ranked based on a score that combines three-year revenue growth in both dollar and percentage terms.
