The Silverstone Marketplace shopping center will be the newest and largest commercial development in Frederick, Colorado, spanning 62 acres. Anchored by a 123,000-sf King Soopers Marketplace and fuel center—making it the largest grocery store in Carbon Valley (the local chamber serving Firestone, Frederick, and Dacono, Colorado)—the grocery store alone will create approximately 300 employment opportunities.
Additionally, the site will feature approximately 75,000 sf of retail space, including two multitenant retail buildings, restaurants, and commercial spaces to conveniently serve the daily needs of the community. The project includes about 1.75 miles of roadway improvements, two signalized intersections, and a roundabout.
