Beacon Point is a 9.47-acre single-family rental home development in Aurora, Colorado, located near Oak Hill Court and Calhoun Drive. Galloway’s civil engineering and survey teams took over the project from the original engineer, who was unable to get the plans approved. Our civil engineering team revisited the entire design—including roadways, utilities, storm sewers, and detailed lot grading—corrected the design, and worked closely with the City of Aurora to ensure their comments were addressed, ultimately gaining project approval within two months. Our survey team also provided construction staking.
