ElevateHER ensures underrepresented demographics find success in the AEC industry by serving as advisors and a hub of information and resources. The previous two cohorts worked as different project teams, each concentrating on a particular challenge or focus area to provide an end product or strategy that can make a measurable impact on the AEC industry. The 2022 cohort will focus on continuing these projects and some new ideas and initiatives.

We received more applications for the Class of 2022 than ever before and are honored to welcome the largest and most diverse cohort class to date to the program,” said Jamie Claire Kiser, managing principal and founder of ElevateHER. “The growth of this program represents proof of concept that the AEC industry can work together to take action and seize opportunities to find creative solutions that will turn this recruitment and retention challenge into an opportunity.”
