The Future of South Broadway: Kristoffer Kenton Moderates Insightful Panel at CREJ Conference
It was a great panel discussion about the South Broadway corridor at the Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ) Commercial Real Estate Outlook & Expo. Moderated by Galloway’s Director of Architecture Kristoffer Kenton, the panelists provided interesting insight into current developments and South Broadway’s future.
“We believe in South Broadway and its unique characteristics,” said Ben Hrouda, managing partner at Flywheel Capital. “We are surprised how long it has taken for it to be discovered,” added Chris Waggett, principal and CEO at D4 Urban.
Other panelists included Jon Suddarth, vice president of real estate at William Warren Group, Daniel Campbell, principal at Endeavor Real Estate Group, and Cory Dulberg, broker at NAI Shames Makovsky.
