Arapahoe Entrepreneurial Park

Arapahoe Entrepreneurial Park is a 4.66-acre retail and commercial development in Centennial, Colorado. The development has three flex industrial condominium buildings ranging from one to two stories and 24,000-30,000 sf of space. The anticipated use of the buildings is space for small business owners, fitness, RV and truck storage, and personal hobby spaces.

Building A: 29,100 sf with five units ranging from one-story 4200 sf to two-story 10,000 sf
Building B: 24,000 sf with ten units ranging from a one-story 1,100 sf unit to a two-story 4,000 sf unit
Building C: 30,000 sf with 12 units similar to building B, ranging from a one-story 1,100 sf unit to a two-story 5,500 sf unit

This product was provided as a core and shell with a dedicated area for restrooms. Some units are two-story with an internal stair and railing provided. All three buildings are clad in brick with wood-look siding and architectural metal panels to create a modern, high-end look. All units have clerestory windows to maximize light and have at least one drive-in door and pedestrian entrance door.

There is a water-quality swale along the south and east edges of the site to improve on-site water quality per Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority requirements.
