Meet Jenny Romano

Jenny joined Galloway nearly a decade ago as a civil engineer and worked her way to becoming a project manager and senior associate. Her journey led to a passion for mentoring young women engineers.

Mentorship played a crucial role in her professional development. Her first professional exposure to the field was when she interned with her father, who is also an engineer. This experience and her love for math and science led her to pursue a career as a civil engineer. As a founder of Galloway’s internship program, she understands the importance of students engaging in the industry early and is passionate about helping them find their niche.

Jenny genuinely loves coming to work because of her coworkers and her clients. She focuses primarily on commercial work and builds unique personal relationships with her clients. She is thankful that Galloway’s supportive culture allows her to take giant strides in her career and still focus on her family.

She enjoys watching her two sons play baseball and golf with them and her husband in her free time. She also gets a massive kick out of seeing the growing number of CSU grads joining the company – “Go Rams!”
