Galloway is proud to announce that we are adding traffic engineering to our comprehensive list of client services. Brian Horan, PE, will be leading our new traffic engineering and transportation planning services as our Transportation Team Manager.
Brian has ten years of experience in transportation engineering and planning, and is a well-known leader in his field. From traffic studies and parking assessments, to traffic forecasting and analysis, to working closely with municipalities and other state agencies, Brian has the knowledge to create innovative solutions for every client.
