The Grace Gardens at Derby Hill, an affordable housing project, will offer approximately 200 attainably-priced homes to the Loveland community. We are honored to be a part of this collaborative project, including local partners Loveland Housing Authority, Loveland Habitat for Humanity, Brinkman, Grace Community Church, Calvary Derby Hill and Aspen Homes for Colorado. Galloway is providing survey and civil engineering design services for this site.
Can you spot Rob, our Northern Colorado regional manager and Galloway principal? Grace Gardens at Derby Hill project partners stand Friday on the project site, 13.5 acres between Primrose Drive and 19th Street Southeast in Loveland, just north of Derby Hill Church.
