Meet Zach Walker
Zach joined the Galloway team as a mechanical design engineer in October of 2021. He brings a diverse background, having initially majored in architectural engineering and has worked in construction management. His curiosity to understand what goes on behind the walls and the magic behind the finishing touches led him to pursue mechanical engineering. He loves the challenge of projects being different, and he approaches each one like a puzzle.
Zach was instantly welcomed to our MEP team. He enjoys their fun and social energy and feels supported in his training and mentoring, allowing him to learn new systems, calculations, and design methods. Zach started with small building design, but as his experience has expanded, he is now working on large, multifamily projects.
He enjoys staying active in his free time, whether taking part in multiple sports leagues, hanging out with his friends, or walking his dog with his girlfriend.
