The Catalyst South is an off-campus apartment complex for Florida State University students located in Tallahassee, Florida. This 494-unit complex features a contemporary, industrial clubroom with a lounge area, billiards, and a Cyber Café. Amenities include first and second-level fitness centers, a leasing office with a coffee bar, and 3,500 sf of retail space. Additionally, there is a five-story parking garage.

Residents enjoy a 2,300-sf courtyard with a zero-entry pool on the lower level and a quiet upper courtyard, separated by a common pavilion. The pavilion offers grilling spaces and fire pits. The rooftop sun deck provides beautiful views of the famous Doak Campbell Stadium.
