The Springs at 2534 is a master-planned, multi-phase multifamily development that is the latest addition to the 2534 Development in Johnstown.
The 26-acre site features 10 two-story apartment buildings with a total of 212 total units, pool, club-house, maintenance building, six detached garages and other amenities: a 13-acre open-space site to the west of the multifamily project, with a trail loop around a pond and through native landscape; common open and garden space; and a series of dog parks.
Galloway provided civil engineering, survey and landscape architecture services for the Springs at 2534 and the adjacent park site. This included pre-design surveying, platting, and design for grading, drainage, internal roadways and parking, infrastructure, and utilities.
