This community will qualify for the 2020 Enterprise Green Communities Certificate (EGCC), an initiative that aligns affordable housing investment strategies with environmentally responsive building practices. The criteria to achieve an EGCC include having an integrative design, sensitive site protection, environmental remediation, water-conserving fixtures, building performance standards, full disclosure of content and known hazards for products, radon mitigation, a healthy living environment, and more.
