With more than 323,000 sf of space, this development will include 252 residential units, a standalone clubhouse and leasing office, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and pool deck, and standalone one-story garage structures.
Galloway’s design services will include architecture, interior design, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering, and site lighting. The design uses type VA and VB wood construction for the entire project.
