This affordable senior housing project in Loveland sits on a 4.9 acre parcel and is an expansion of the existing Mirasol campus. The project is funded through the federally sponsored Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program.
The project was required to blend in with the existing campus which included an apartment building, paired homes, single family homes, a skilled nursing facility and an events center.
The project is divided into two phases. Phase I consists of a 60 unit apartment building, and Phase II consists of approximately 10 paired homes. Additional downstream infrastructure improvements were required to accommodate this expansion.
