There will be 72 for-rent cottages with interior access drives and amenities on the 8.47-acre site. Amenities include walking trails along Sand Creek, a clubhouse, a playground, and garage parking.
For this development to be approved, the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado required the repair of the adjacent Sand Creek drop structure. Galloway provided civil engineering services to rebuild the drop structure and for the entire Cottages at South Murray development. In addition, survey and site development services were provided. Construction for the cottages is estimated to be completed in Spring 2024.
