Galloway is providing architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering services for the Centerplace Apartments project in Greeley, Colorado.
This multifamily community will consist of ten three-story walk-up, garden-style apartments on a 17.34-acre site in Greeley, Colorado. The more than 424,000 sf development will comprise 336 units, a standalone clubhouse with a business lounge, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and pool deck, and standalone one-story garage structures.
Our architecture design, completed in January 2023, uses VA and VB wood construction.
Our interiors team worked closely with the client to develop interior design solutions highlighting regional flair. This included researching Greely and other apartment complexes near the project site before providing design direction. The clubhouse and fitness center have a sophisticated rustic Colorado look with various material textures, rustic wood ceiling elements, and a green wall as part of the reception desk.
Construction is estimated to be completed in December 2024.
