Galloway & Company, LLC (“Galloway”), a national architecture and engineering firm based in Denver, announced today the acquisition of Hafer Inc. (“Hafer”), a 70-person architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering firm headquartered in Evansville, Indiana.
For nearly five decades, Hafer has helped shape Evansville and communities throughout the Midwest through thoughtful design, deep client relationships, and active community involvement. The partnership with Galloway builds on that legacy while providing Hafer with additional resources, expanded multidisciplinary capabilities, and new opportunities for its employees and clients, while retaining the local relationships and community-centered culture that define the firm.

Through the acquisition, Hafer’s team will gain access to Galloway’s broader national platform and 14 in-house architecture and engineering disciplines, expanding collaboration and resources while maintaining its local presence and identity.
The acquisition of Hafer supports Galloway’s long-term strategy in partnership with ARA Services Partners and Kelso & Company.
