Kristoffer has provided innovative design solutions for more than 25 years and offers a wide variety of past project exposure for various development projects nationwide. As the director of architecture, he provides design oversight for Galloway’s multidisciplinary team that includes architecture, interiors, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and commissioning services. From initial site planning and building design to project construction, Kristoffer brings a high level of attention, enthusiasm, and expertise to projects. He is highly regarded for his ability to work with clients and teams to move past challenges and provide the highest quality design solution that is differentiated from competitors. Kristoffer works across most major market segments with a focus on multifamily, mixed use, hospitality, industrial, and commercial retail projects.
Kristoffer is licensed with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is a National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) member. He is also a LEED-accredited professional and holds memberships with the International Council of Shopping Centers and NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association). He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University.

David is an experienced leader in retail architecture with more than 20 years of background in supporting clients in big box retail, tenant improvement retail, and restaurants. He has a B.S. in Architecture from The Ohio State University and, as a regional architecture team manager for Galloway’s Columbus office, leads a strong and dynamic staff in developing long-term client relationships. Additionally, David is committed to building a team environment with staff are empowered to grow and develop their careers.

Justin is a people-first, systems-driven A&E leader with a B.S. in Construction Systems Management and a minor in City and Regional Planning. With more than 20 years of experience, he leads national rollout programs across grocery, retail, and entertainment sectors. As Galloway’s regional architecture team manager in Columbus, Ohio, Justin excels at bridging architecture and engineering to create predictable delivery. His leadership philosophy is grounded in trust, clarity, and continuous improvement—always striving to “be better than yesterday” to ensure high-performing teams and lasting client results.
