The Westminster Promenade project is the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of an existing entertainment district in Westminster, Colorado. Galloway has provided overall visioning, master planning, entitlements, landscape architecture, and architectural design for the project.
The concept revitalizes the site into a vibrant mixed-use project by creating a new “urban core” that incorporates residential, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and other complementary uses. The project also considers the possible renovation and addition to the existing theater building.
The Westminster Promenade is approximately 32AC, with just under one million square feet of varied uses. The architectural design is a timeless modern vernacular that improves aesthetics through enhanced streetscapes and current details.
