Galloway provided development services for the North Park development in Spanish Fork, Utah. Galloway also prepared individual civil construction packages for the major retailers, The Home Depot and Target, as well as detailed civil design packages for other retailers and pad users.
The project included major off-site improvements to the surrounding roadways and drainage infrastructure. The 48-acre commercial retail North Park development provides tax revenue for the city while integrating development of a public park and trail with the retail center.
